There are a lot of debates on the internet as to what would help us maintain our health when it comes to diets. A lot of people try intermittent fasting, keto diets, juice diets and more. But, I feel that if you want to lose weight and maintain your health, you should maintain a diet that involves a lot of fruits and vegetables. For breakfast, consuming cereal with some fruits and also some fruit juice is definitely recommended. For lunch, I suggest you eat some oats with a decent portion of vegetables. For dinner, eat very light, you do not need so much energy, because you are going to be sleeping.
